Arzo attended the University of Southern California to study Accounting. She's worked as an Operations Director for start ups to mid-size companies, business development as well as consulting on process improvement strategies for billion-dollar companies. She is trained in Adult Learning Theory, which has helped her with the delivery of difficult concepts. She founded a women's empowerment, social impact beauty brand that supports foster youth & sex trafficking survivors. She’s Executive Producer and host of the Sexy Boss Babe podcast on Apple Podcast & Spotify on female centric topics. Arzo is the Executive Director of the 501c3 charity organization, Angel's Nest TLP, helping foster youth. She is a TEDx speaker, gives keynotes, hosts events, facilitates workshops, and speaks on various topics like: social entrepreneurship, networking, leadership, empowerment, confidence, body positivity, self-esteem etc. She is available to be booked for speaking engagements.
