About Us

Since 1969, Air-Tec has been committed to providing the highest levels of quality and service. Established in the garage of our founder and CEO, Clay Dunn, Air-Tec has grown into one of the Western Region's largest HVAC companies, serving a wide range of firms across Southern California and Nevada. We have had the privilege of doing work throughout Century City for over 50 years. We offer a comprehensive range of design, manufacturing, integration, and installation expertise, and currently occupy a 60,000 square-foot facility that lets us manufacture our projects almost entirely in-house, including a mechanized sheet metal fabrication shop with both CAD and CAM systems and an in-house engineering, design, and drafting department. Air-Tec assists clients with projects ranging from shell and core to tenant improvement, with solutions for Design/Build, LEED, Retrofit, Controls, and Service work. Our primary goal has never been to be the largest company, but to deliver top-quality products and services within our clients' timelines and budgets. As our motto says: Air-Tec…Performs!
