The Health & Wellness Council presents: The Power Within: Energetic & Psychological Self-Defense. This program will explore how we can protect ourselves by mastering our energy, presence, and inner authority, essentially creating a “Do Not Mess With Me” energetic boundary that communicates before we even say a word. Learn how your personal power, energetic presence, and psychological clarity can serve as preventative protection.

Featuring guest speakers Ciara Cure and Terri West from the California Rehabilitation Institute.
