Hanky Panky Pop-Up at The Bar

This May, Fairmont Century Plaza  welcomes Mexico City’s acclaimed speakeasy Hanky Panky—ranked among North America’s 50 Best Bars, for a special two-night pop-up event at The Bar Century Plaza on Thursday, May 8, from 8:30 to 11:30 and Friday, May 9 from 5:30 to 8:30.

Leading the experience is Gina Barbachano, Hanky Panky's acclaimed bar manager and a 2023 Spirited Awards Top 4 nominee for International Bartender of the Year, celebrated for her innovative and globally inspired approach to mixology. Under her direction, guests will be treated to four meticulously crafted cocktails -- each reflecting a unique global destination -- served in the luxurious setting of one of L.A.'s most iconic hotels.
